Jonamay Lambert, MA, PPC is the founder and president of Jonamay Lambert & Associates, Inc. Over the past 20 years, Ms. Lambert has provided training, coaching and consulting services on diversity, leadership and culture change to a wide range of corporate, educational, government and nonprofit groups. Her mission is to help individuals and organizations be and do their best.

"Joni" is an experienced business owner and understands the importance of ROI (return in investment). In 1986 she founded Lambert & Associates, Inc. Through her leadership, she built a million dollar company which was acquired in 2006 by a national HR company. She became the National Practice Leader of Diversity & Inclusion and today it is one of the most successful consulting services offered by the firm.

Recently, Joni has formed a brand new company called Jonamay Lambert & Associates, Inc. This new endeavor is focusing her efforts on meaningful services that companies are looking for: Coaching, Mentoring and Leadership Development. She is also delivering Keynotes. Her goal is to help individuals develop and grow and at the same time assist organizations in retaining talent. That may be done through mentoring programs that help transfer knowledge from older to younger employees. It also includes training for the multi-generational workforce, preparing new leaders, coaching people through career transitions or working with leaders in recovery.

She presents nationally and internationally and has published articles on a range of related topics. She has been featured in Diversity Inc., quoted by the Chicago Sun Times, and Hispanic Business and has presented at national and international conferences. Jonamay has traveled extensively and lived in the Middle East. She is the author of a series of trainers' guides that are used by domestic as well as international organizations. She is editor and contributing author of "Global Competence." Her 13th and latest book, "Trainer's Diversity Sourcebook", published by ASTD and SHRM is currently available.
