(See Scheduling Below)

The purpose of TeleCoaching is the same as face-to-face coaching. The difference is there's no travel time, there's flexibility in scheduling and it's less expensive. Coaching is done by teleconference and can be used for individual and group coaching. Typically there are three types of participants:

  1. Employees within the same company who may be geographically dispersed.
  2. Individuals within a similar or related profession, but are not in competition.
  3. Individuals with a common interest.

It's easy to participate from anywhere in the world. Some of the benefits of group coaching are:

  • Participants get the opportunity to quickly connect with others and benefit from the cumulative knowledge. The results are that connections are made and ideas are quickly integrated and shared regardless of geography.
  • Coaching groups are economical both in time and money. There are no travel costs to participate. Individuals can call in from anywhere. As a result, there is a significant impact on the bottom line.

How it Works:

Through TeleCoaching you are virtually there. You will be with others who have similar coaching interests about a topic. You call or e-mail us to reserve your space. You are then given what is known as a Bridge number and a passcode. When you call in at a specified time, you are connected to other learners from across the world via an automated conference system.

Our TeleCoaching is interactive and your questions are encouraged. The session is one hour and class size is limited based on the topic. Costs vary and are shown along with the class information and are payable in advance.

Pre-registration is required. Simply call or e-mail us and ask to register for a specific session.
