Jonamay (Joni) Lambert, Founder and President of Jonamay Lambert & Associates, has a 25 year proven track record in providing diversity thought leadership, senior executive education, strategy planning and instructional design. She is also the U.S. partner of The Retirement Education Centre, a
Canadian company that focuses on Lifestyle Transition Planning.

She has worked with clients in industries including financial services, pharmaceuticals, health care, manufacturing, profit and not-for-profit organizations.
 
Joni has been featured in Diversity Inc., quoted by the media, and has presented at national and international conferences such as the National Organization for Women, American Society of Training and Development (ASTD), the National Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Society of Intercultural Education Training and Research (SIETAR) and other organizations. She is the author of a series of trainers' guides, including one on Gender, that are used by domestic and global organizations. She is editor and contributing author of "Global Competence." Her 13th and latest book, "Trainer's Diversity Sourcebook", is published by ASTD and SHRM.

In her spare time, Joni spends time on, “Hummingbird Hill”, her farm in Indiana with her husband and two teenagers. Jonamay holds a Bachelor’s degree in education and a MA in Counseling. She is also a certified coach...
